  1. All products displayed on site are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (RM), the postage fee is excluded

  2. All products sold are not exchangeable or refundable

  3. All item’s price is non-negotiable.

  4. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions without prior notice when deemed necessary.

  5. You can visit the site and browse without having to provide personal details. However, you will be required to register for an account if you wish to purchase any product on sites

Membership

  1. You are responsible for providing accurate information to us about yourself. When it becomes incorrect in any part of the detail or out of date, you must update your account immediately to prevent fraudulently.

Products

  1. All products displayed on the site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may relate to product description, product picture, pricing, and availability. In the event an error occurs, the admin will correct it. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

Delivery

  1. You agree to bear the risk for any goods wrongly delivered due to incorrect details provided by you

  2. Delivery of the Products shall be made to the address specified by you in your order if any error on the address we not be held liable

  3. We reserve the right at any time to sub-contract all or any of its obligations for the delivery of goods to any other party as it may from time to time decide without giving the same notice to the buyer

  4. Any date quoted for Goods delivery is approximate and may occur. We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery, no matter whatsoever.

Suspension of Services

1.The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the service to you in the event that such Service cannot be granted because :

  2. The occurrence of power outages or communications

  4. Natural disaster events, acts of violence or other applicable majeure events; and / or
  5. Any other reason the Company may deem to such suspension.
  6. When the suspension of the services, the Company will post a notice on the website and other mediums that are appropriate to the company regarding the suspension of the Services as soon as possible to inform the member

Warranty

  1. Applicable for selected products on sites and its mention in the product description

  2. We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any defect in the Goods arising after the expiry of the Warranty Period

Products exchange & refund

  1. We accept product exchange within 14 calendar days from receive date under these circumstances :
    1. Manufacturing defects
    2. Delivered the wrong product order
    3. The product damaged on delivery
    4. The product has a warranty mention on the product description
    5. The product is missing an item

  2. The refund or replacement is deemed to be invalid if :
    1. Original packaging lost
    2. The product has been altered
    3. Any items in the product are missing such as cards, manual instruction, etcetera
    4. The wrong products ordering
  3. In the event where the product replacement is out of stock, we shall inform and refund the amount you paid to your valid bank account
  4. Any product exchange or refund usually takes about 7-14 working days to complete
  5. The cost to send product exchange will be bear by customers

 

Return policy

  3. The refund or replacement is deemed to be invalid if:
    1. Original packaging lost
    2. The product has been altered
    3. Any items in the product are missing such as cards, manual instruction, etcetera
    4. The unsuitability of using the products or wrong ordering

  4. For any exchange or refund, the original products received by you must be returned in its original packaging, including the packaging, boxes, tags, labels, warranty cards, etcetera. Please ensure that the returned products are correctly packaged before delivering. The products are your responsibility until they have reached our store. We were not responsible for any returned products which are damaged. Upon receiving the returned products, we will inspect and investigate on the returned products. If the products received are damaged, faulty, defective, not the same as the original products, fake, duplicated, missing items, or without the original packaging, we will not process the exchange or refund.

  5. Returns can be made via:
    Courier must be sent back to us only via reliable and traceable shipping methods within 10 days after reporting to us. We will not be responsible for refunding any untraceable packaged products. All return shipping costs will be borned by the purchaser of the product.
