Do I have to pay to become a member?

No it is free to become a member. If you not sign up yet there are various promotion and discount offered on the website 

Is there an age limit to sign up as a member on website?

No There is no age limitation to become a member. However, for those who are aged below 18 will get limited access to certain content and products.

Can I change my email address?

No, you cannot change your email address once signed up as a member on the website. Due to unforeseen reason, if you need to change your email address, you need to withdraw your membership from website, and sign up again with a new email address

Please be noted that, once you have withdrawn your membership, you will lose all data /shopping history and other matters related your account.

Can I change my details?

If you need to update your information such as phone number, delivery address and password, you can go to My Page > My Account > Click on “Edit Personal Information” to change the information

What should I do If I forget my Login Password?

If you have forgotten your login password to the website, Just click on “Forgot password?”’ button on Log In page.

Can I purchase without registering as a member?

Without registering you are allowed as a guest on website to view only. However, to purchase products, you need to be a registered member to complete the order and made payment.

Is the price stated on the website nett price with no further discount?

The price stated on the website is nett price unless there’s a promotion or other events.

Can I check out multiple products together?

Surely you can.

First, add all products that you like into your cart. After that, go to Shopping Cart and select the products that you wish to purchase by checking the box beside the respective product. Click Order Selected Items and you can checkout!

Can I change my order after making payment?

Once you have made a payment for your order, you are not allowed to change any information such as shipping details, billing information or delivery method because it has been sent to third party for shipment process.

 Should you wish to change any order under any unforeseen circumstances, kindly contact us via email as soon as possible.

How do I know if my order is successful?

Once your order is successfully placed after payment is made, we will notify you via email.
